Project Management
An important factor for a successful software development project is a professional approach to project management. Our experienced project managers follow the «Prince 2» project management method and are certified accordingly.
For each individual project we set up a project team consisting of employees appropriately qualified in each of the required areas. We strive to incorporate the youngculture team into existing customer organization and processes in a best possible manner.
The project will be documented carefully in consultation with the customer (technical and user documentation). After closing the project, our project managers conduct onsite staff training and coaching, if desired by the customer.
