The nearshore team supports the customer as an «extended workbench» strictly responding to his specific needs. Our clients make their own decisions on which services they wish to utilize, i.e. whether they want to carry out the entire development process in the development center, or whether to outsource certain parts, such as testing or maintenance & support.
Dedicated teams
Our team-sourcing model, provides to our customers dedicated staff for their projects – i.e. teams working exclusively for a particular client. The selection of team members is carried out in a joint effort of the customer, our operations management and the HR team.
Tight integration with customer’s organization and projects
The great success factor of this type of cooperation lies within the fact that the nearshore team integrates seamlessly into the existing organization and processes of the customer. Since collaboration is mostly planned as medium- or long-term, the team created of members of both sides grows together through long-term cooperation of the same team members and thus becomes the basis much needed for a highly efficient collaboration. Many of our customers consider their dedicated nearshore team almost their own employees.
