Nearshore Sourcing

Based on our experience we can offer comprehensive advice to companies that meet with the nearshore software development for the first time, while relying on our well proven set of best practices.

Requirements analysis

The focus is the assessment of customers’ needs. Our account management on site – in Zurich, Munich or Vienna, reviews all of the goals a customer wishes to achieve with his near shoring team, and which team qualities shall be needed.

Choosing a collaboration model

Tailored to these needs and to the organizational set-up on the customer side, we then propose to our customer an optimal collaboration model, customized to suit his objectives and comply with organizational requirements.

Selecting team members

If a customer has decided on a collaboration with young culture and has chosen a cooperation model, the demands on expertise and experience of the employees have been clearly defined, youngculture’s HR management presents him with a choice of suitable candidates CVs. Together with the customer, we conduct several rounds of interviews, until the most suitable candidates are chosen for the team.

Contracts

The cooperation is generally regulated by a framework agreement. Individual contracts are made per employee / project.

Start

When the starting date is set, all technical infrastructures will be provided by the Infrastructure Management in the Development Center. Customers often organize on-site trainings for employees, at the time of the kick-off.
