Also, by internal knowledge-sharing sessions, where the staff interactively exchange experiences and pass knowledge to each other. As the most popular social event we organize every second year, a «youngculture Days» event, which gathers all employees from all locations for two days at a chosen location. Apart from the official part, where our company strategies are communicated to employees, the youngculture Days leave plenty of time left for inter-personal encounters and experiences.
