Continuing education

We offer employees – tailored to their individual needs – opportunities for a continuous targeted professional development, whether through participation in external seminars, conferences or training programs. Also, by internal knowledge-sharing sessions, where the staff interactively exchange experiences and pass knowledge to each other. For team leaders, we offer regular leadership training, partially implemented by our HR management, or with the help of external specialists.

Every employee has the option, depending on his achievements and qualifications, to advance along the existing career levels (Junior, Regular, Senior, Team Leader).

Corporate Culture

Social Events

For the active development of interpersonal relationships outside of daily work routines, we organize a variety of social events, sometimes together with our customers.

As the most popular social event we organize every second year, a «youngculture Days» event, which gathers all employees from all locations for two days at a chosen location. Apart from the official part, where our company strategies are communicated to employees, the youngculture Days leave plenty of time left for inter-personal encounters and experiences.
