youngcultures’s Nearshore Center in Serbia entered the Microsoft Partner Program at the gold certificate level in March 2011. As gold certified partner youngculture has access to tools and support of Microsoft, which enables a close cooperation and therefore outstanding solutions.
In order to achieve gold certified status youngculture employees had to prove their large know how and broad experience in successfully implementing Microsoft solutions.

Smith Open Source Software Association (SOSSA)
youngculture is the initiator of SOSSA and relies on open source products. The Java-based ColdFusion server «Smith» is the first launched product that has already been successfully employed in various successful projects.
